أعلنت شركة EPointZero، الذراع المعنية بإزالة الكربون التابعة لمنصة 2PointZero الاستثمارية العالمية المتكاملة، اليوم عن الشراء الاستراتيجي لنظام بطاريات بقوة 1 غيغاواط/ساعة من شركة Enercap التابعة لـ APEX Energy في الإمارات، وهي الشركة المصنعة لتخزين الطاقة بالمكثفات الفائقة. تمثل هذه الصفقة خطوة جريئة لتعزيز أطر الانتقال الطاقي العالمي وتوسيع البنية التحتية المقاومة للتحديات، بهدف تسريع تحقيق مستقبل صافي صفر انبعاثات.

شهد توقيع الاتفاقية سعادة مريم المهيري، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة 2PointZero، والسيد محمد هشام، المدير التنفيذي للعمليات في 2PointZero، والسيد أحمد عامر عمر، المدير العام لشركة APEX Investments PSC وEnercap، مما يعكس توافقًا مؤسسيًا قويًا والتزامًا مشتركًا بتعزيز الابتكار في مجال الطاقة النظيفة في الإمارات وعلى المستوى العالمي.

من المقرر نشر هذا النظام الرائد في مجال تخزين الطاقة عبر الشبكات الكهربائية في الإمارات، مما يسرّع عملية ‘التحول الطاقي’ ويقود الطريق نحو صافي صفر انبعاثات. توفر حلول التخزين المملوكة لشركة Enercap، المبنية على ابتكار المكثفات الفائقة، أول نظام تخزين طاقة كهربائية غير كيميائي في العالم يعمل بخصائص المكثفات ويمكنه الآن التصرف مثل البطاريات. This technology is the first of its kind to be launched globally on an industrial scale.
