A Law graduate from Cairo University, Ahmed has over 20 years’ experience, working in Blue Chip international law firms, the Ministry of Justice as a State Advocate, and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.

He is a specialist in Commercial and Company law, including Public Joint Stock Companies, and has extensive knowledge of Merger and Acquisition transactions, in the UAE, GCC, Africa and China.
