This prestigious accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in professional standards.
Kelsey Hargvears BICSC Technical Manager said: "Over the last few months at BICSc I have heard members of both the customer service team and technical at BICSc praise the team at APEX, 5 minutes into my visit here I could understand exactly why. APEX have an excellent training centre, and it is clear the team have made great efforts to ensure that they are following best practice and the BICSc mission.
There were no incompliances on this audit, but I do want to note the incredible compliance level and exemplary standard of documentation.
The risk assessments in particular were of world class standard and allow for full accessibility to the candidate with a full transparency of legal requirements for the employer; showing very considered and ethical QHSE.
The team of assessors are a credit to APEX and to BICSc. I am so excited to have them as part of the incredible team of assessors we have at the institute. Their attitude towards work and their friendly nature gives me great confidence in approving them as assessors. It is clear in the demonstration of their skills that they are excellent trainers and assessors. Their coaching style of training and calming nature will make them very successful as they continue on the BICSc journey.
